BIG 活动分享报告

看了朋友的翻译,我才懂原来Bina Insan Guru(BIG)是个教师灵魂塑造课程。
 
我回来了,带着疲惫的身躯,还有‘烧焦’的皮肤。呵呵呵
星期四那天六点多就已经抵达学院。
这4天3夜的camp真的让我体会很多,字眼上难以表达。
我带着别人口中的001过着生活。呵呵
我喜欢我的马来文姓氏OOI(黄),看上去像001。也因为这样,我容易被记得。
虽然偶尔会因为自己的笨拙而让教练指名道姓批评,但我也很看得开。
这一次的行程,反正就是精彩!
除了睡眠时间不足,还有水的卫生和干净指数相当的低之外,都没什么好投诉的了。
吃的又好、玩的又棒,就连教练和数学班其他种族的朋友也相处得很好。
在那里的一切都是个挑战,就连蚊虫的攻击性也超强。
讲师们个个经验丰富,更让我惊叹不已。 
最让我impress的是我学会了海上漂浮(water confident)和划船。
对于海上的自己,我增加了些许的自信。虽然一开始,我还因为害怕而泛红了眼眶。
感谢教练的鼓励,朋友的帮忙。谢谢有你们的双手让我紧握。
全程的活动在于心理建设,目的是要塑造一位好老师,所以教练一再提醒,这一次的活动是给老师的,我们不是在服兵役。
也因为这样,我们的心理才会平衡许多。哈
这一次的camp真的有别于其他的。每一个活动的目的都有它特定的含义。
举例,trekking的其中一个环节是利用指定的食材烹饪,教练提供的也只有一撮米、两颗蛋、一粒苹果和一粒橙。
本来的我也只以为教练是要考验我们生存的能力,原来真正的含义是在……
如果你被派到一所设备不齐全的学校任教,你必须利用当地所取得的教材进行最effective 的教学方式。
很多东西在很多时候,我只看到表面,可是现在,我清楚了。
这一次的体能我通过了。重重的反思活动我也应付得来。也在其余的活动中找到乐趣,除了负责饮食的。这对我来说很难,学不来。
4天的行程,好像进行了很久很久。一回到学院的时候,在时间方面还有些适应不来呢!
在这4天里,就连上帝也很配合的给予我们考验。大热天的前三天,暴风雨降临的最后一天。
凌晨4点多,狂风把我们的帐篷吹得乱七八糟。最后大雨的降临让我们不得不跑到安全的地方避难。像极了难民。
我喜欢这一次的programme,真的很不错!难怪有些人还会想再去或者舍不得离开。
从筹备,进行一直到结束都由我们全程负责。当老师的训练真的有别于一般的职业。
每每活动以后的每个人都得说出本身的反思。虽然很闷,但却学到很多。
 
 接下来,还有会第2,第3,第4…的BIG等着我们筹备和应付呢!
“这一次大家都做得很好,有史以来最好的!”有了教练们的赞赏,希望下一次更精彩!
 
Ps1: 一直到现在都还会隐约闻到那一阵子身上带着的臭味。那里肮脏的水让人的外壳都连同生锈了。
       而且,被陌生人误以为是马来人的感觉也不太好。

        帽子上贴着每个人小名,是每个人的identity.

    see, i just told u not to worry so much.BIG camping very syiok leh~~
    who is the photographer, good take!but the place u all camping is different with mine, urs place looks so clean n beautiful.i like it………..
